Online Therapy

Online Therapy allows one to write your side of the story to a therapist. In writing and reflecting on the events that brought you to where you are, the problems lose their hold on you:

  • I will acknowledge receipt within a few hours if not less.
  • We will simply start writing to each other as if you’re in one to one therapy with me in a room.
  • I answer in a maximum of 24 hours, on average much sooner.

  • Writing empowers you – it is a reflective and conscious way of communicating your emotions.
  • You remain in the centre, in control, and the therapist on the side.
